No “on-the-day” late entries will be available, although limited late entries for individuals could be taken at pre-registration during the week, if there is space available. No late entries whatsoever will be taken for teams.

THE RUN


The One Tonner is a course that is designed to take you to the limit. Right after the start you take on the legendry Helshoogte before turning left onto the R45 towards Paarl. Venturing out to Wellington, Hermon, and Riebeeck Kasteel you tackle the demanding Botmaskloof Pass near Riebeeck Kasteel before reaching Malmesbury. The route then goes onto the R304 past the silos and back towards Stellenbosch. You finally finish on Helshoogte Road with a neutral zone back to the venue. Two shorter rides were recently introduced. The medium 109 kilometer ride turns off at the at Windmeul Winery and the 58 kilometre ride turns off at the R101.
