This is a two day stage race. There is a choice of a long or short course for each day. The longer courses are designed for experienced riders. Detailed routes are finalised closer to the date.

Distance: 70 kilometres. Total ascent: 1,550 metres. Using the best networks of single track in Jonkershoek this challenging route features some hard climbing followed by a fast and flowing finish.


Distance: 40 kilometres. Total ascent: 1,181 metres. Shorter and less demanding the route still uses the single track of Jonkershoek.


Distance: 70 kilometres. Total ascent: 1,550 metres. The second day also starts in Stellenbosch and the route takes you through the Banhoek Conservancy.
